The benchmarking report project was developed as a standardized template for Pihr’s advisory team aimed to evaluate pay structures, market competitiveness, and internal equity by comparing Pihr’s evaluation results with external market data. It is primarily used in gray label engagements, ensuring that clients receive consistent, professional pay equity reports that can be customized as needed by advisors.
